These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using Lipikola’s products and define your rights and responsibilities. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Lipikola, you agree to these license terms.
This license allows non-exclusive use of Lipikola products in both personal and commercial projects in limited quantities.

You can:

• Use for all purposes allowed under the Personal License

• Use on physical products for sale (e.g., apparel, packaging, posters, publications)

• Use in print advertising, marketing, promotional, or decorative applications

• Use on commercial websites, apps, and social media accounts

You cannot:

• Use in high-value audiovisual or motion picture distribution channels without written permission from Lipikola

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product in its original or modified form

• Use the product as a standalone item without integration into a larger design/project

• Use in pornographic, defamatory, illegal, or rights-infringing materials

• Register the product (or any derivative) as part of a trademark, copyright, or other IP without extended rights

• Misrepresent yourself or another as the creator or owner of the product

Additional Restrictions & Legal Notice

• Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals or organizations.
